No Bake Key Lime Pie - (GF) (V)

  • 3 Avocados

  • 8 Limes

  • 1c Coconut Oil or Coconut fat

  • 3/4c Maple syrup or Honey

  • 2c Dates

  • 1c Pecans

  • 1/2c Walnuts

  • 1/4c Coconut Flour

  1. Crust: Blend dates, pecans, walnuts, coconut flour. In pie pan press an flatten crust (Optional: dehydrate crust for slight crunch)

  2. Pie Filling: blend avocado, lime juice, coconut oil, dates until creamy.

  3. Pour filling into pie crust and freeze
