Cancellation Policy

At KLynergy Massage & Wellness, we value your time and the time of our practitioners. To ensure we can provide the best care to all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $40 service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• If you are feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible—your health and safety come first, and we will do our best to work with you.
