I really want deep work. Who is best to go to for this? Our KLynergy Approach is Clinical and one aspect to are training program that all therapists go through is learning safe leverage and body mechanics. Learning leverage is a way to apply varying pressure so it is not a matter of adequate pressure but then safe pressure. One learning point to know for all clients looking for deep work is body awareness. When the body is tightening in areas other than the area the therapist is working on (called bracing) is an indication that the nervous system does not feel safe. Applying this type of pressure with coping strategies present in the body is not safe and therefore the we look to communicate with you to support our intention for the session. Our therapists all provide deep work AND this is not 'No Pain, No Gain' goal at any time during your session.
-
What happens when the therapist I usually work with leaves KLynergy? We understand how meaningful the client–therapist relationship can be. When a therapist transitions from KLynergy, we are committed to making the experience seamless for you. Our team of highly trained specialists are all educated in the KLynergy Method, ensuring continuity of care with someone who aligns with your goals. We’re happy to make personalized recommendations for your next session.

What are your hygiene practices?Cleanliness and professional hygiene are non-negotiables at KLynergy. All therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, including hand washing before and after every session, fresh linens for each client, and ongoing sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
-
What can I expect during a session?Your first session includes a short intake and consultation. After using the restroom (if needed), your therapist will review your health history, goals, and session expectations. They’ll explain how to get on the table and step out while you get settled. Throughout the session, your therapist may check in to ensure your comfort and will adapt pressure or approach as needed.
-
What should I wear during a session?Wear what feels comfortable to you. Some clients choose workout attire or undergarments, while others prefer no clothing under the sheet. You will always be professionally draped, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Therapists may request access to certain regions (e.g., hips) for therapeutic work and may advise on clothing choices to ensure the most effective session.
